The Easiest Gingerbread Houses Are The Tiniest Gingerbread Houses

IMG_4982I’m in love with making these miniature gingerbread houses. Why?

  • They are easy to make thanks to the fact that all the pieces are punched out from one handy cookie cutter.
  • They stay together and don’t fall over because their small size makes them more sturdy.
  • You don’t have to commit to any one decorating scheme because you can decorate several entire homes in just a few minutes. Do classy almond shingles on one and Nerds and gumdrops all over another.
  • You can eat an entire gingerbread house all by yourself. I consider that a good thing.

To make these, I used THIS gingerbread recipe and THIS icing/glue recipe.

The all-in-one 3-D cookie cutter makes it impossible to create walls and roofs that don’t fit perfectly together.

These are the perfect size to give as party favors!
